NOSTALGIA FOR THE FUTURE

“Nostalgia for the Future”(2022-‘25) combines various materials and media: collage using recycled papers, drawing with ink, painting with gouache and mono-printing with hand cut stencils and acrylic spray paint on a canvas substrate. The series contrasts the modern myth of progress with the realities of extinction of species, climate chaos and war.
